Recorded in 1973! The freshness of the sound on the opening fiddle reels belies that fact. Truly wonderful.
This album was an early fund raiser to fund the re-opening of a Gaelic school and the concert featured many local artists.
In the main we have some stunning music & Gaelic song, mostly in the oral tradition so it might not be for easy listening – but it is well worth a listen for the quality alone.
